Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online or mail order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods - There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.

Items are to be returned to KEENS, 186 Albertbridge Road, Belfast, BT5 4GS, Northern Ireland.
If returning by mail or courier, a proof of postage is required to validate any lost item claims. We do not offer free returns, collection service, or refund any postage cost.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, undamaged packaging.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund or an exchange. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Keens Belfast reserve the right to check and authorise or refuse a refund where the item is not resalable.

Once the item is received and checked a refund will be processed with 3-5 working days to the original payment method.
