Designed by Lucian Ercolani in 1956, the Studio Couch has always been a charming and practical addition to any home.
It is a nostalgic and standout piece from ercol’s early design portfolio.
Featuring traditional spindle details and a simple, backrest created from a singular piece of carved wood.
Arched steam-bent ash rods stabilize the armrests, and webbing adds strength and support to the base ready to welcome visitors to take a seat.
With soft, rounded edges and gently tapered feet, the Studio Couch creates a sense of comfort and calm allowing for restful moments of relaxation, and contemplation.
Constructed in solid ash, the Studio Couch is offered in a selection of bespoke finishes, including a soothing natural finish, with fabrics available from the ercol and Universal collections.
